Chanel is passionate about and dedicated to helping people. She is a connector who effortlessly brings people together. In and out of her professional life, she is always finding herself in the middle of planning fun and memorable occasions for those around her! She specializes in customizing diverse events for each client and handling hectic event situations with poise. She specializes in heavy attention to detail + logistical/operational event flow.
Chanel has truly honed in on her passion for helping clients curate fantastic experiences for their guests and decided to launch Palino Events with her like-minded partner, Zahra to continue bringing dreams to life. Chanel is a huge foodie who’s always trying out new recipes & restaurants! As time permits, she tries to take advantage of traveling but also prefers to be a homebody some days! While she loves to be in the kitchen, she also tries to stay consistent with the gym. Her passion and love for her work has made her excel and make a mark in the event planning industry. She also plans and designs events out of Dallas, TX with resident Husky, Thor!Â
Zahra has always loved helping others in every aspect of her life. She is “the planner” amongst her peers, always the go-to person for a party hack when it comes to her friends & family! She started out planning small galas, balls, and fundraising events 10+ years ago. Over time, she has grown a deep passion for planning and executing events. She specializes in problem-solving, communication, and design to provide customized unique experiences for her clients. Zahra prefers to be transparent and forthcoming with clients, as she and her partner Chanel, abide by always being truthful when it comes to speaking to their patrons. After all, who doesn’t like honesty?Â
Zahra loves fashion, design, and trying new recipes at home, whether it be cooking up something in the kitchen or shaking things up at the bar! In addition to her love of travelling, Zahra loves champagne and wine and collects corks from every bottle as a memory of the interaction with the people she shares the bottle with. Though her home base is Dallas, she plans, designs, and executes events wherever her work takes her.
Throughout the wedding process, one of the best decisions we made was working with Palino Events, something I am beyond grateful for in retrospect. Zahra and Chanel turned the planning sessions we were dreading into wine nights and taco breakfasts, allowing us to navigate wedding planning in a relaxing and fun environment. They were incredibly efficient, organized, and advocated for us every step of the way. Whether it was negotiating with vendors, attention to detail, or even flawless day-of execution, they went above and beyond. We developed trust that isn’t always easily attainable, and is incredibly valuable during what can be a stressful time. Even after the wedding was over, they surprised us with a gesture that I will never forget.Â
